"PCSS is available to people of all ages. To obtain PCSS you must :Be considered eligible through OPWDD. Some qualifying disabilities which occur before age 22 are mental retardation, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, neurological impairments, seizure disorders, and traumatic brain injury Be any age Be available for two contacts per year to review the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and monitor HCBS services. Be enrolled in an HCBS waiver service"
