NYS Medicaid Program for youth under 21 years of age with mental or behavioral health needs. Must be covered by Medicaid or a Managaed Medicaid Care Plan (Some NonMedicaid Options are available). Services are designed to identify mental health needs early and provide individualized supports. These services can be provided at home, school, or community.
