"An alternative to incarceration, Bridge offers those in trouble with the law for substance use related crimes an opportunity to get their lives back on track.  Sentenced to Bridge through the court system, participants are provided with encouragement and intensive supportive services, to include case management, coordination of treatment options, advocacy, and participation in peer groups and volunteer activities.  By addressing the underlying substance use disorder behind criminal activity, the Bridge Program not only ensures a more positive result for the individual but avoids the cost of incarceration.
