Ombudsmen provide confidential, neutral, impartial, independent, informal resources for Soldiers, their Families, Military Leaders, and Beneficiaries. Ombudsmen resolve issues for Soldiers and Family members including medical, personnel, finance, legal, and assistance with Department of Veterans Affairs matters.
