Provides mental health and case management services to incarcerated individuals.Upon release from incarceration provides transition planning to connect individuals to community supports. Assists with basic needs, medicaid reinstatement, reduces barriers to post release appointment attendance.
Provides a safe, supportive and neutral setting for youth and families to interact. In addition, coached visitation serves as an enhancement to CHJC’s parent education classes, whereby birth parents can put into practice new and appropriate parenting techniques that will aid in returning their child to their care. When applicable, foster parents are also included as part of the learning process.

Catholic Charities assists with economic stability and counseling services for families and individuals in crisis. Support may include counseling and financial aid, community education, information, and referral, and casework services as needed. Assistance is non-religion based.
