Mental Health Community Partners Program (MHCP) supports adults and youth aged 12+ with high mental health needs (e.g. serious mental illness or emotional disturbance) through major life transitions (e.g. from treatment to community) with the support of Chosen Supporters.

Many of NRCIL's services can and are delivered by a peer. Peers are individuals with lived experience. Peers can also work with individuals as a mentor/coach/support in a variety of areas.
