"The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) provides nutritious meals to children during the summer months when school meal programs are not available. "Open to children under the age of 18 and disabled persons under the age of 21.
"The Family Center serves thousands of low-income households each year through a broad range of programs. Using a strength-based case management approach, Family Center staff recognize the uniqueness of each family, offering assistance, information about available resources, and referrals to other community agencies. Services include food and nutrition assistance, educational programming, tax preparation, housing/utility assistance, and holiday programs."

"Several person-centered opportunities for individuals including Community Residents, Supportive individual Residential Alternatives (IRA’s), and Supervised IRA’s. Our residential settings are located from Adams Center to Massena, spread within Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties. Sites vary in size and makeup, which are based on each resident’s particular needs, preferences and availability. We have co-ed sites as well as single sex sites, some are handicapped accessible, while others are not, they are grouped by age and functioning abilities as well as by levels of supervision."
Assistance with managing budgets and services either through direct support in managing their budget or through a fiscial intermediary who works as a "Co-manager" with the person and family. Open to children and adults who are OPWDD eligible and enrolled in HCBS Waiver.

Staff provide lessons and teach skills needed to build on a person’s strong points and assist with developing the abilities needed to pursue work in the future."Services may include assistance in; time management, multi-tasking, problem solving, social skills, dressing for success, work safety, and more. Open to anyone is elgibile for HCBS Waiver Services
"Community Habilitation Services are designed to promote independence and community integration by offering skills, training and other habilitation supports in non-certified community settings. "
Some skills that are taught include: daily living skills, navigating transportation, nutrition, money skills, etc.
