Services for a person 18 years of age and older with a disability who is employed to maintain and/or advance their employment. Services may include: time management, communication skills, accessing workplace supports, job training, etc. Services are often offered 1 to 1 at the place of employment.

The Differential Response – Raise the Lower Age (DR-RTLA) program is voluntary preventive services program for family who have a child under 12 years of age whose behavior, but for their age, would bring them under the jurisdiction of the family court pursuant to Article 3 of the FCA. The DR-RTLA case completion shall occur 90 days from the initial DR-RTLA referral or when the child turns 12 years of age, whichever is sooner. Assessments will occur, referrals made, and outcomes assessed during the 90 days.
