"This group focuses on teaching youth how mental wellness affects your whole health and how to gage where their wellness is. The workbook helps youth learn self-care and how to be self-compassionate. We will focus on the 8 dimensions of wellness so individuals can learn how to bring their wellness level to where they would like it to be."

Home visits and offsite services are a critical part of our care management, peer, and outreach services. By engaging individuals in their homes or within the community, our qualified staff are provided with critical insights relative to the level of functioning and any barriers to treatment including food, transportation, housing, safety, education, etc. Working collaboratively with individuals in the community, our staff aim to provide comprehensive care coordination and linkages to necessary supports that will aid them on their journey to improved health, recovery, and wellness.
