NCPPC partners with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to bring books to enrolled children in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties. Each month, registered children receive quality, age-appropriate books addressed to them, at no cost to the child’s family. Children ages birth to five years can enroll.

The CHW program offers peer support before, during, and after pregnancy to promote overall health and wellness. Community Health Workers link individuals with health care providers, social services, and community resources to improve access to services and coordination of care. "
