"Services include, but are not limited to: screenings and assessments, individual, group, and family counseling across the lifespan; care management; peer services; vocational services; medication prescribing and management (Medication for Opioid Use Disorders and psychotropic medications); harm reduction services (i.e. Narcan, Fentanyl test strips, tobacco cessation), referrals and coordination of care services, etc."

"This group focuses on teaching youth how mental wellness affects your whole health and how to gage where their wellness is. The workbook helps youth learn self-care and how to be self-compassionate. We will focus on the 8 dimensions of wellness so individuals can learn how to bring their wellness level to where they would like it to be."
