"Offering STD assessment, diagnosis and treatment.  Patient counseling and community education help control and prevent disease. The STD clinic tests for syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, Hepatitis C and other diseases/infections.  For HIV, education, anonymous and confidential pre and post-test counseling, testing, follow-up and referral services are provided.  HIV counseling and testing is integrated with the STD assessment to ensure the provision of comprehensive health care for all patients.   All services are confidential. Ombudsman help residents (nursing home, assisted living, licensed adult care homes) understand and exercise their rights to good care in an environment that promotes and protects their dignity and quality of life.

Drop In Social Group for persons who are no longer in school and have a disability.

Services for persons with a disability to help prepare individuals for work (volunteer or paid). Skills taught may include: communication, time-managment, finances, computer skills, office equipment skills, etc.
