Community based service designed to reduce the risk of out-of-home placement and recidivism open to Jefferson County Youth.

Vistiation Center offers a safe, supporitve and neutral setting for youth and families to interact.
Includes age appropriate toys and activities. Coached visitation is available as well as educational classes.

NYS Medicaid Program for youth under 21 years of age with mental or behavioral health needs. Must be covered by Medicaid or a Managaed Medicaid Care Plan. Services are designed to identify mental health needs early and provide individualized supports. These services can be provided at home, school, or community.
