"A free service assisting Jefferson County School Districts by providing community and school-based services to youth and their families in Jefferson County experiencing a mental health crisis."
Services MAY include: family and school meetings and collaboration, individual support to students, advocacy, referrals.
"Designed specifically for at-risk children, youth and adults to provide community-based health care services and support to individuals with a mental health diagnosis, substance abuse disorder, at risk for displacement from home and community or higher level of care without intervention."

CHIPS is designed to prevent out of home placements for youth. Open to at risk youth ages 7 - 15 years of age in Jefferson County.

Assistance for youth and their families who are transitioning out of Residential Treatment or Foster Care.
A caseworker is assigned to help the youth in school, meet court-mandated requirements, and participate in any follow up care.
"Designed to support adopted youth and their families (post-adoption) as well as families who have legal guardianship (post-guardianship), an alternate caregiver who has the authority to make decisions regarding the child(ren)s in their care. "
Services MAY include: Advocacy, counseling, education, support groups.
Program to place children with family members or other adults well-known by the child(ren).
