Assistance for youth and their families who are transitioning out of Residential Treatment or Foster Care.
A caseworker is assigned to help the youth in school, meet court-mandated requirements, and participate in any follow up care.
"Designed to support adopted youth and their families (post-adoption) as well as families who have legal guardianship (post-guardianship), an alternate caregiver who has the authority to make decisions regarding the child(ren)s in their care. "
Services MAY include: Advocacy, counseling, education, support groups.
Program to place children with family members or other adults well-known by the child(ren).

Single Point of Access for Children (C-SPOA) links children (17 years of age and younger) with severe mental health or behavioral difficulties and their families to services best meeting their needs.

Free services for parents experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. Services may include: Tests, first sememster ultrasound, prenatal parenting education, fatherhood education, referrals for adoption and/or community supports, supports after miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion.
