Families Together in the North Country works with families to: Provide a unified voice to our elected officials, coordinate systems of care for all families, empower parents/caregivers, children/youth, to be their own advocates, effect change at the local, state, and federal systems advocay.

Snow Belt maintains a variety of properties in the area for renters in need who are either over 62 years of age OR are an adult diagnosed with a disabling condition. Availability is subject to change. Tenants must be income-eligible, with a maximum of 80% of the Area Median Income Tenants pay 30% of their gross monthly income for rent and utilities. "Home Care Aides help individuals with exercises, personal care such as bathing and dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance shopping. An OFA Case Manager partners with the individual and their support system to coordinate services and supports such as transportation to physician’s offices, home delivered meals, and application to public benefit programs."Must Meet Eligibility (See Website)
