Assistance and support in overcoming barriers related to behavioral health conditions for adults who have a disability.

Section 8 vouchers for eligible families, elderly, and/or disabled persons to help with the cost of safe housing. Must meet eligibility guidelines.

Free services on a variety of topics which may include: reproductive health, birth control, pregnancy and infant care, safe sleep, and shaken baby syndrome.

Support program areas include: before pregnancy, prenatal, "you and your baby", postpartum, lactation, home visits, and a program just for dads.

"The Snow Belt Housing Company, Inc. Homeless Prevention Program assists Lewis County residents by providing Rapid Rehousing (RR) and Homeless Prevention (HP) services to those who are either experiencing a period of homelessness or those who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless (HUD Definition). Homeless Prevention services assist individuals and families with finding, obtaining and maintaining permanent, safe and affordable housing. "

Services to strengthen a family and prevent family breakups. If a breakup does occur services can also be provided to work towards reunification.

Variety of respite services to provide relief to primary caregivers. Must meet eligibility requirements.
