Residential School Program for youth 5 - 21 years of age who have been diagnosed with severe behavioral and/or developemental disabilities.

Alternative Center for Educational Services (ACES)"The Alternative Center for Educational Services program provides opportunities for students in the region who require unique and creative learning opportunities beyond a traditional classroom. Through creative lesson planning and creative learning, participants are given opportunities to prepare them for success. Open to middle and high students in all 18 of our component districts"

"The Sackett Center offers a variety of Career and Technical Education courses with a focus on a variety of industries such as Health Sciences, Architecture & Construction, Information Technology, Transportation and more. Courses that are specific to the Sackett Center are Environmental Conservation & Forestry, Gas & Diesel Mechanics, and Engineering & Design (located at Lewis County JCC Center in Lowville). Guidance and academic support offices are also located in the technical center and available for student use."

"The Lewis County General Hospital Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) program provides medically necessary skilled nursing services such as:Diabetic Education, Teaching a patient about new medicationsTeaching families how to care for their homebound member Changing surgical dressingsEvaluating patient responses to medications and treatments Disease EducationThe CHHA also provides homebound patients with:Physical TherapyHome Health Aide Services Social Work ServicesThe CHHA nurses also visit patients for chronic care need management to help them remain at home."

Program for youth (under 18 years of age) who have a variety of needs requiring additonal supervision and support. Needs MAY include: school attendance and/or community behavior concerns.Services may include: referrals for counseling, parenting programs, summer work, etc.

K-12 Public School

Short term assistance for eligible families to keep utilities on.Available one time per year and families must have exhausted other support options first.

Offers a variety of community events including sporting opportunities for youth and adults, senior opportunities, dance, arts/crafts, etc

Free resources related to seeking employment including but not limited to: computer, fax, job board, resume assistance, and career counseling.Ages 16 +
