Families Together in the North Country works with families to: Provide a unified voice to our elected officials, coordinate systems of care for all families, empower parents/caregivers, children/youth, to be their own advocates, effect change at the local, state, and federal systems advocay.

Snow Belt maintains a variety of properties in the area for renters in need who are either over 62 years of age OR are an adult diagnosed with a disabling condition. Availability is subject to change. Tenants must be income-eligible, with a maximum of 80% of the Area Median Income Tenants pay 30% of their gross monthly income for rent and utilities.
